"Petita Julieta is made from 100% Macabeo from 45-year-old vines grown at  400 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness. Cold fermented with 6 hours of skin contact and a few more weeks of contact with the precipitate before storage in steel tanks to preserve the aroma." Cosecha Imports
