    Nothing New is a piquette made from second use montmorency cherries and pinot noir skins. Small amounts of honey and rhubarb saisons were added before we can conditioned it.

    Cranberry tartness, light tannin, and surprising aromas of cherry and dark spice. This piquette finishes dry and has a pleasant effervesce. Deep red in colour and super fun to drink.
