Representing a new generation in Muscadet with organic farming and a holistic approach to prioritizing vineyard, cellar (and therefore your) health. "In the cellar, we work in continuity with what we feel about the vine. Everything is harvested by hand and sorted strictly to obtain a quality juice in order to allow the fermentation to take place naturally, without additives. After the lactic and malolactic fermentations, in accordance with our convictions and the needs of the wines, we can add sulfites (max 40mg / l total).
